Mô tả công việc

Working as a part of the development team: backend and frontend engineers, UI/UX designers, product managers and other stakeholders to construct, develop and design the user experiences.
Develop Aemi Golang backend services that power the Aemi ecosystem, with features supporting the Aemi Marketplace, tools for Aemi users, sellers and internal operators.
Plan and strategize the developments of product features, from problem definition, process modeling to deployment.
Ensure the engineering quality of the work by the team, by documentation, testings, code reviews to make sure that the team follows a high standard of workings.
Follow and contribute to our workflow process, alongside the rest of the Engineering team.

Yêu cầu

4-7 years of experience working with backend technologies, with at least 1 years of experience working with Golang.
Have experience working in an agile team environment. Have participated in code reviews, architecture debates within prior experiences.
Strong understanding of core Web and Browser concepts and technologies.
Familiarity with Frontends, professional experience with modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue, NextJS is a strong plus.
Good understanding of containerized architecture/orchestration is a plus: Docker, Kubernetes
Knowledge of Cloud development is a plus: AWS, GCP, Azure.
Good proficiency with English and Vietnamese. Comfortable working with both languages.
Effective communication skills: Ability to clearly and concisely communicate about complex technical, architectural issues; both written and verbal.
