Role Overview
As a Senior Blockchain Developer, you'll play a pivotal role in architecting, designing, and implementing blockchain solutions that address complex business challenges. Leveraging your deep expertise in blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and distributed ledger technology, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. You'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and shape the future of decentralized ecosystems.
Responsibility:
Design, develop, and deploy blockchain-based applications and protocols.
Collaborate with teammates, participate in technical discussion to gather requirements and define technical specifications.
Implement smart contracts, consensus algorithms, and cryptographic protocols.
Optimize performance, scalability, and security of blockchain networks.
Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in blockchain technology and industry trends.

Yêu cầu

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Extensive experience in blockchain development, with a focus on Ethereum, Hyperledger, or similar platforms.
Proficiency in tech stack like: Hyperledger (and its own frameworks), Solidity, Etherium, NodeJS , Java, ReactJS , React Native, etc.
Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including consensus mechanisms, cryptographic techniques, and decentralized applications (dApps).
Hands-on experience with smart contract development, blockchain protocols, and decentralized storage solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Good command of English.

Working time
Working remotely/hybrid during Vietnamese business hours.

Working days: Monday - Friday
Working hours: 8am - 30pm
Lunch break: 1.5 hours
