RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Strategy and Development:
Develop and refine the brand's overarching strategy, defining its unique value proposition and positioning within the luxury retail market
Craft a clear brand identity, ensuring that it resonates with the target audience and aligns with the brand's core values
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to continuously evolve the brand strategy
Marketing and Communication:
Lead the development of marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the brand's story, products, and lifestyle
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, including visuals, copy, and multimedia assets, for various platforms and channels
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
Develop and manage the overall brand budget, ensuring that resources are allocated and spent appropriately to optimize brand growth and profitability
Product Management:
Work closely with the product development team to ensure that new products align with the brand's aesthetics, quality, and values.
Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Intergrated Marketing, Retail Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, ...) to ensure seamless execution of brand strategies and initiatives.
