The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for developing visual concepts, creative directions, and brand-consistent design assets for TEKCOM's corporate brand, product communication, and marketing activities. This role supports the
Marketing Manager in translating strategic branding objectives into impactful visual communication across branding materials, packaging, POSM, sales enablement tools, exhibitions, digital assets, and other brand touchpoints. The role is expected to bring strong agency-level design thinking, AI-enabled creative workflow, and a clear ambition to contribute to building TEKCOM's brand image in global B2B wood materials, wood products, furniture, and related markets.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1 Creative Concept & Visual Direction - 20%
• Develop concepts, key visuals, moodboards, layout systems, and visual directions for
corporate branding, product communication, campaigns, events, and sales materials.
• Translate marketing objectives and product positioning into clear, consistent visual
communication for both local and international markets.
• Contribute to the development of visual guidelines and design systems to strengthen brand
consistency across all touchpoints.
2 Branding, Packaging, POSM & Marketing Assets - 50%
• Design and adapt branding materials, brochures, leaflets, catalogues, product sheets,
presentations, digital/social assets, packaging, labels, POSM, booth/event visuals, and sales
support materials.
• Ensure all outputs are consistent with TEKCOM brand standards and the quality level
required for global B2B customers.
• Prepare final artworks, mock-ups, and visualization materials for online/offline use, customer
meetings, exhibitions, and sales activities.
3 AI-enabled Creative Workflow - 10%
• Use AI tools fluently to explore visual directions, create moodboards, sketch ideas, generate
references, and improve design efficiency.
• Apply AI responsibly to accelerate ideation while maintaining originality, brand consistency,
and professional design judgment.
• Stay updated with design trends, AI tools, and global visual references relevant to B2B, wood
materials, and furniture markets.
4 Project Coordination & Production Quality Control - 20%
• Coordinate with vendors, printers, photographers, production houses, freelancers, and
agencies to ensure final output quality and brand consistency.
• Check artwork specifications, printing files, color, layout, materials, and finishing details
before production or publication.
• Manage multiple design requests and project timelines, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and
timely delivery.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, Marketing Communication, or related fields.
• At least 5 years as a
Senior Designer, preferably from IMC, creative, or branding agency.
• Strong portfolio in brand identity, key visuals, packaging, POSM, and concept development.
• Experience or interest in B2B manufacturing, wood products, furniture, building materials, or export-oriented brands is preferred.
• Portfolio submission is mandatory - applications without portfolio will not be processed.
• Strong sense of typography, layout, color, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Expert in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, and PowerPoint; motion/video editing is a plus.
• Proficient in AI tools for ideation, moodboarding, and concept development.
Solid knowledge of print production, packaging artwork, color management, and pre-press file preparation.
• Good English reading and writing skills for global brand materials.
• Strategic branding mindset with ambition to build a globally relevant brand image.
• Creative yet business-oriented; strong attention to detail and quality.
• Proactive, accountable, and able to work independently in-house.
• Self-driven to learn new design trends and AI tools.
