Senior Business Analyst

• You will be working in the product team managing tasks of product, delivery and completion of new features.
• Lead requirements analysis and verification, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent and that they conform to standards
• Conceptual design, research, and specification of entirely new features and functions
• Write user stories and epics and ensure the product backlog is visible, transparent and clear
• Write testing scenarios for UAT, support UAT and verifying bugs/issues
• Create product documentation including user guides, whitepapers, wiki
• Monitor the progress of project development in task planning
• Lead the discussion and meeting with related vendors to get things done
• Perform related work as assigned by direct line manager

Must have:

• Experience in requirements elicitation & analysis, technical writing (especially in software requirements/specs), software testing (especially UAT), and facilitating workshops/meetings between stakeholders.
• Well understands software development lifecycle, processes, and various methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
• Bachelor's degree in information technology is required
• Willing to research new domains and learn new things/techniques.
• Excellent verbal, written & communication skills in English

Nice to have:

• Experience building integration solutions with external services (applications)
• Proficiency in BA techniques, tools and business areas (Jira, figma OR axure)
• Experience with cash loan products in banks and consumer finance as plus
• At least 2 years in a project management (working as BA or PM)
