About You
The Essentials
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, with a strong focus on systems and process analysis, is a pre-requisite
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including customization, configuration, and optimization.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on business process improvement.
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining detailed documentation.

- An advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including its capabilities and implementation methodologies.
- Proven track record of successful Dynamics 365 implementations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with other enterprise software applications and process mapping tools.
- Working knowledge of SQL or other database query languages is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed and work outside normal business hours to meet project deadlines.
