JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Requirement Discovery & Analysis
Work with
Product Owner, Market Development, and customers to understand business problems, use cases, operating conditions, and expected outcomes.
Elicit, clarify, and document requirements; analyze current and target workflows; identify gaps, risks, and impact on robot behavior and system integration.
Manage assumptions, dependencies, constraints, and known limitations.
2. Requirement Specification for Development
Write user stories, use cases, workflows, and functional/non-functional requirements with clear, measurable acceptance criteria.
Specify API/system integration, data flows, state transitions, error handling, fallback behavior, and edge cases (e.g., network loss, sensor failure, incorrect AI response).
Define evaluation criteria for AI features (e.g., accuracy, latency, behavior boundaries) together with Tech Leads.
3. Day-to-day Collaboration with the Development Team
Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews; keep stories ready for development ahead of each sprint.
Answer developers' questions promptly and align requirement interpretation with Tech Leads and R&D.
Review demos and builds against acceptance criteria and report deviations early.
Support QC by reviewing test cases against requirements and clarifying expected behavior.
4. Change Management & Traceability
Manage requirement changes: assess impact on scope, timeline, and dependencies, and escalate to Product Owner/PMO for decision.
Maintain requirement documentation and end-to-end traceability (requirement → story → test case → result).
Maintain a single, consistent requirement baseline shared across Development, QC, Deployment, and PMO.
