Accountabilities:
Budget Financial Planning and Analysis
1. Leading in Annual Plan as well as Rolling Forecast Cycle regarding Marketing Activities with high quality, accuracy and focused analytical reviews to deliver Business goals. Support in annual ICP process
2. Monitor and analyze the financial performance of marketing campaigns, initiatives, and projects, identifying key performance drivers and areas for improvement.
3. Ensure an effective planning and budget control that will support Leadership, unlock appropriate action plans, make recommendations to Top Management.
4. Provide regular financial forecasting for Brand P&Ls, considering changing market conditions, business dynamics, Brand strategy, and macroeconomic factors.
Finance Business Partner
1. Develop strong working relationships with Marketing Director, Marketing Manager, and other key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on financial matters related to marketing strategies and initiatives.
2. Be responsible to deliver high quality evaluation of marketing activities, run competitive deep dive analysis into business performance/P&L, get alignment in actionable enhancement schemes to increase Return on Investment & drive target success.
3. Deliver pre & post evaluation of Commerce Campaigns, identify Risk/Ops assessment, explore alternative scenarios, enable strategies in line with financial goals.
Financial Training and Development for Team and Business Partner
1. Collaborate with Marketing Manager and stakeholders to identify financial training needs across team members, marketing, and stakeholders.
2. Design and develop engaging and effective training materials, modules, and resources that align with business goals and enhance financial competencies.
3. Facilitate training sessions in-person or virtually, ensuring the effective transfer of financial knowledge to team members, marketing, and stakeholders.
Cost Management, Business Case Evaluation, and Performance Measurement
1. Evaluate marketing campaign performance and assess the contribution of different marketing activities to overall business performance.
2. Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for executive management, providing insights into marketing effectiveness and cost efficiency.
3. Manage all related business cases, new product development & strategic pricing proposals..., ensure long term sustainable success of the project as well as its contribution to total HVN success.
Financial Systems, Financial Compliance, Risk Management, and Process Improvement
1. Optimize existing financial systems, including enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, financial reporting tools, and other financial applications, to improve accuracy, efficiency, and user experience. Collaborate with IT and finance teams to implement system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations to meet evolving business needs.
2. Support across function to develop and implement internal controls and policies to safeguard financial transactions, data, and assets.
3. Identify potential financial risks associated with marketing initiatives and collaborate with marketing and finance teams to develop risk mitigation strategies.
4. Analyze existing financial processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks. Design and implement streamlined and standardized financial processes to enhance productivity, accuracy, and transparency.
