Mô tả công việc
Identify and target new business opportunities through market research, networking, and direct outreach.
Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients to understand their recruitment needs and challenges.
Develop and present tailored recruitment solutions to potential clients, showcasing the value of our services.
Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.
Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently and effectively.
Maintain an active pipeline of potential clients, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the company.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, ideally within recruitment, staffing, or a related industry.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Knowledge of recruitment and headhunting processes is a plus.
Preferably English communication skills.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, ideally within recruitment, staffing, or a related industry.
