What You'll Be Doing
• Proactively explore and identify new business opportunities for software outsourcing services in the UK, Europe, and Asia Pacific regions.
• Conduct detailed market research to analyze trends, client needs, and competitor landscapes.
• Research and effectively approach qualified leads through email, LinkedIn, and other prospecting methods.
• Act as a bridge between potential clients and technical teams, ensuring accurate and timely exchange of information.
• Prepare and present compelling proposals, pitch decks, and service presentations tailored to client needs.
• Coordinate and facilitate the first meeting between prospective clients and Trustify's leadership or technical team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and interactions in CRM systems such as HubSpot.
• Continuously nurture prospects and contribute to relationship-building efforts for long-term engagement.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the IT software outsourcing industry, with a strong sales or business development background.
• Possess a broad database or network of potential customers and client contacts.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to create and deliver high-quality proposals and pitch documents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong skills in communication, presentation, and client pitching.
• Demonstrated passion for selling software services and achieving business growth targets.
• Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM platforms like HubSpot.
