• Seek out, establish, and develop relationships with strategic partners (banks, financial institutions and major partners, etc.) to enhance, improve and expand the company's service and product ecosystem.
• Conduct market, competitor and industry trend research to propose appropriate development directions, products.
• Propose, develop, and coordinate the creation of new product and service ideas to expand OnePay's product ecosystem.
• Participate in negotiations, contract signings and implementation of partnerships with strategic partners.
• Collaborate with technical, operations, sale and legal departments to ensure efficient implementation of products and services.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships, promptly propose adjustments to meet growth targets.
• Provide regular reports on work performance and related issues to department leadership.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Economics, Finance, Banking, or related fields.
• At least 3- 5 years of experience in Payment, Banking or Finance.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing).
• Priority given to candidates with strong logical thinking and a product/service - oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, ...)
