Design end-to-end solutions leveraging Antsomi's ecosystem, including CDP, Marketing Automation, Loyalty, Ecommerce, and related customer engagement capabilities.
Lead complex and multi-product solution engagements across customer data, CRM, customer engagement, loyalty, and digital commerce.
Advise clients on best practices for customer data strategy, segmentation, personalization, lifecycle engagement, loyalty, and omnichannel customer experience.
Evaluate requirements against existing product capabilities and recommend standard configuration, process changes, product enhancements, or customization where appropriate.
Own functional solution quality throughout the customer lifecycle from Discovery → Solution Design → Implementation → UAT → Go-live → Adoption & Optimization.
Collaborate with Technical Solution Consultants on data architecture, identity, APIs, integrations, tracking, and technical solution design.
Lead requirement and solution handovers to Product and Technology teams, ensuring requirements are clear, complete, feasible, and aligned with business objectives.
Drive UAT, solution validation, go-live readiness, and business acceptance with customers and internal teams.
Monitor customer adoption and solution effectiveness, identify gaps, and recommend continuous improvements.
Manage business and solution-related escalations and coordinate the appropriate internal teams toward resolution.
Build strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders, including Heads of Department, Directors, and C-level executives.
Identify opportunities to expand the use of Antsomi solutions and collaborate with Account Management and Commercial teams on qualified opportunities.
Mentor Associate and Business Solution Consultants and review key solution deliverables to maintain consulting quality.
Develop reusable solution frameworks, industry use cases, best practices, and consulting playbooks.
Support strategic or complex presales opportunities when senior solution expertise is required.
5+ years of experience in Solution Consulting, Business Consulting, CRM/CDP Consulting, MarTech, Loyalty, Ecommerce, SaaS Implementation, or related fields.
Proven experience independently leading enterprise customer engagements from discovery and solution design through implementation and go-live.
Strong expertise in at least 1-2 domains, such as:
Customer Data Platform / CRM
Marketing Automation / Customer Engagement

Customer Experience / Personalization
Strong ability to analyze ambiguous or complex business problems and translate them into structured, practical solutions.
Experience designing customer journeys, business processes, functional solutions, and solution blueprints.
Strong workshop facilitation, consulting, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to challenge customer requirements constructively and recommend better approaches when appropriate.
Experience working with both business and technical stakeholders.
Working knowledge of APIs, data flows, databases, event tracking, identity, and system integrations.
Ability to communicate effectively with Product and Engineering teams without needing to be a
software engineer.
Strong documentation and executive presentation skills.
Experience managing multiple enterprise customers or complex projects simultaneously.
Strong English communication skills for workshops, presentations, documentation, and stakeholder discussions.

Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe, Braze, Insider, MoEngage, HubSpot, or similar CDP, CRM, MarTech, Loyalty, or Ecommerce platforms.
