Senior Business Transformation Manager

· Education background requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
· Experience/Industry requirements:
10+ years of experience in business transformation, management consulting, BIG4 or a related field, with a proven track record of leading successful transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of business processes, change management, and digital transformation.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
