Mô tả công việc

JOB SUMMARY
Lead improvement projects related to process and continuous improvement in the areas of quality, operations, efficiency, and cost using LEAN methodologies and tools.
Play a lead role in process improvement projects by facilitating groups and teams, managing projects, monitoring for sustainability, presenting results.
This position requires strong mindset, continuous improvement orientation and willingness to learn. LEAN knowledge and practices background is required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Facilitate continuous improvement activities with Production head:
- Assist Production head in identifying opportunities for improvement
- Work with Production head to identify Lean champion within department
- Assist Production head in sustaining 6S/ LEAN culture
- Facilitate and manage LEAN activities, ensure on-time completion and report results
- Creates feedback systems with department members to report results and to create new continuous improvement projects
- Proactively find areas that will have constraints currently or could have constraints in the future
- Develop visual management tool/ board for production
2. Play a key role in the development of the LEAN culture in the company:
- Work with training department to develop and deliver Lean training to all levels of the company
- Work with training department to develop system measurements to track participant's reaction and learning, in order to better manage the educational system
- Support IDEA NETWORK program to evaluate ideas and encourage all the people contribute ideas
3. Lead the Lean events and problem-solving teams throughout the Production
4. Maintain continuous personal development:
- Share new knowledge with the Team
- Keeps up-to-date on reading material in the CI area
5. Develop and maintain daily/ weekly Report for all activities and projects that Facilitator isa part of
6. Control and audit processes to ensure that they are maintained after projects completion
7. Complete other assignments and special projects as requested

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1. Education
▪ College or University graduation
2. Experience
▪ Minimum 2 -3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
▪ Project Management Experience
3. Knowledge of:
▪ LEAN Manufacturing Concepts
▪ Statistical Process Control
▪ DMAIC Principles
4. Skills and Abilities
▪ Organizational skills

▪ Ability to communicate with all organizational levels
▪ Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others
