ABOUT THE JOB:
The Senior Client Advisor for Lamborghini is a dedicated individual contributor focused on sales, driving vehicle targets, and cultivating long-term relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWIs). As a key Brand Ambassador, this individual acts as the primary contact for client
purchasing journeys from initial engagement to bespoke configuration and delivery without management responsibilities.
The roles and responsibilities of the Senior Client Advisor include but are not limited to:
1. Sales Execution & Client Relationship Management:
• Proactively drive luxury vehicle sales to meet and exceed individual sales targets set by the company.
• Welcome, consult, and build long-term relationships with HNWIs/UHNWIs, corporate clients, and brand enthusiasts.
• Maintain continuous client follow-up, understanding their motivations, lifestyle, and preferences to offer tailored solutions.
2. Bespoke Configuration & Delivery Journey:
• Guide clients through the Lamborghini vehicle customization process (Ad Personam/Bespoke options), converting client preferences into finalized orders.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: qualification, presentation, test drives, negotiation, contract completion, and vehicle delivery ceremonies.
• Maintain precision and quality in CRM data entry and sales administration.

Business Development & Networking:
• Actively expand client networks via private events, luxury lifestyle gatherings, referral networks, and personal outreach.
• Act as a official Brand Ambassador representing Lamborghini and S&S Group in Vietnam.
4. Personal development:
• Develop strong product knowledge, soft skills as well as company history, information and news knowledge by attending training by brands, company & self-learning to generate knowledge about each brand specificities, strengths and weaknesses. Stay certified with all new brand knowledge.
• Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the authority. Know the in's and the out's of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
• Develop knowledge in current industry trends and other relevant fields - Gastronomy, Art & Music, Giftings and other lifestyle aspects.
• Continuously update knowledge about customers profile of each brand to better understand their behavior and habits.
5. Team-effort duties:
• Partner with the team to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain open, professional and ongoing communications with boutique management and colleagues.
• Serve as a positive role model and represent S&S appropriately at all times.
• Participate in the training of new colleagues (product knowledge, boutique procedures, company policies, etc.)
• Adhere to and uphold all S&S Group core values, policies and procedures.
• Contribute to team effort by welcoming new and different work requirements; exploring new opportunities to enhance the quality of work and services; helping others accomplish related job results as and where needed.
• Other tasks and responsibilities assigned to the Employee by the Company which may be adjusted from time to time.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Employment/Professional Experience:
o Minimum of 5 years in sales or business development within the luxury segment (e.g., premium/luxury automotive, real estate, fine jewelry, high-end timepieces, private banking).
o Experience in exceeding established sales goals and providing exceptional customer experience.

o Possession of a valid Category B driving license.
o Fluency in local language and English (minimum 6.5 IELTS equivalent)
