Senior Client Relation Representative

• Submit reports, monthly expenses, inventory and to check and ensure that all invoices are accurate and in accordance with serviced used/provided, delivery or attendance.
• Conduct On-Job-Trainings (OJT) and orientations.
• Monitor, supervise and control the tasks relating to Front Desk operations
• Manage the daily gymnasium, swimming pool.
• Ensure that the registration cards, check in folder, room key, etc, are prepared and readily available upon guests arrival.
• Monitor, supervise and control the task of maintaining cleanliness, orderliness of the lobby area, the surroundings, operational readiness of operating equipment and supplies.
• Provides courteous and efficient service, and if possible, to comply with each and every guest request.
• Work with the computer system and maintains the computer discipline at all times.
• Blocks and assigns room for special requests and reservations.
• Sells accommodation in such a manner as to maximize revenue and occupancy. Always up-sells.
• Shows fullest cooperation within the team and other departments.
• Conduct inventory stock count, maintain records and initiate ordering when stock levels are low.
• Assigns safety deposit boxes to guests and observes proper procedures on key control, entry and release of boxes
• Uphold company policies and procedures.
• Vigilant to safety, security, risks and welfare of both residents and fellow colleagues.
