* The Opportunity
We are looking for Senior Coach, Learning Professional Development who responsible for upskilling quality of our Performance Coaches and Sales Management Team (SM, RH, AH, SDs & Branch Managers) on life insurance & AIA's product knowledge, financial advisory consultative skills (BSEP & BMEP) as well as the sales activity management & leadership skills. This person has to be professional experienced in Banca Sales Management to drive development skills and knowledge and supports the bank managers development, thus contributing to the Company's sales performance achievement and sustainable growth within allocated resource and approved budget according to the core value and standard of the company.
* Roles and Responsibilities:
- Transforming the Coaches into Performance Coaches competent to deliver our core Group Programmes BSEP, BMEP and be certified for higher learning programmes: VSEP, ASEP, TSEP, RSEP, etc when deemed suitable for local rollout
- Drive the upskilling the sales management teams (SM, RH, AH, including SDs) ensuring they are competent to be frontline coaches and has the ability to apply the Sales Activity Management (SAM) in real life via ISF, TSF & iLEAD
- Design & deliver roadmap for Hipo IOIS to prepare succession pipeline
- Implement Post Training Learning and Skills transfer
- Implement BMEP, GMP and other leadership programs to partners & managers
- Mentor to the new/ junior coach, hand-holding during their learning curves

Yêu cầu công việc
- Education: University Degree from reputable University locally or overseas.
- Min Experience 3 years of experience in insurance or financial industry sales or training
- Experience in sales leadership training, Sales Training and Coaching is added advantage
- Good interpersonal skill and project management skill
- Strong in Presentation, Coaching and Delivery skills
- Passionate, innovative thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving skill
- High entrepreneurship, integrity, can-do attitude and a good team player
- Fluent communication in both English and Vietnamese is preferred (not compulsory)
- Experience in Digital Learning or facilitating virtual classroom sessions will be an advantage
- Min Experience 3 years of experience in insurance or financial industry sales or training
