Mô tả công việc

Customer Development:
ü Establish and manage strong customer relationships at all levels, provide timely resolution to customer's concerns, and quickly troubleshoot problems;
ü Be a primary contact person for all customer complaints and questions; and be the lead spokesperson/ liaison in communicating between the customer and internal support departments;
ü Maintain and expand business at existing customers/representative/distributors and to assist with launches/ start-ups of new customers/ representative/distributors.
ü Bid on new projects: make bids/ Bids, monitor the progress of bidding.
ü Negotiate & prepare contract terms and conditions/price/delivery schedule/tax/quality/... to get the best terms/price for new projects/new Bids and support Accounting Dept. with payment.
Purchasing:
ü Find & develop sources, suppliers to purchase machinery, equipment, spare part, consumables, [protected info] required.
ü Negotiate with suppliers for Contract terms and conditions/price/delivery schedule/tax/quality/... to get the best terms, best price & get approval for purchasing.
ü Prepare documents for custom declaration to import (and export if necessary)

Yêu cầu

+ 3+ years prior experience in business development, preferably in Instrument Verification/Calibration/Testing field.
+ 3+ years experience in purchasing (both domestic & international).
+ Having knowledge of laws and regulations by Vietnamese authorities related to purchasing/customs as well as International Commercial Terms.
+ Having knowledge/experience of Vietnam Bidding Law is an advantage.
+ Must be a strategic thinker and a have strong negotiation skills.
+ English Fluence (Speaking/ Writing/ Reading/ Listening).
