Mô tả công việc

1. Prepare and track cost accrual on monthly basis, ensure all accruals are posted according to business alignment and accounting procedures
2. Prepare, reconcile and analyze Sales P&L during month end closing
3. Produce monthly reporting during and after month end closing to FP&A, Group and Business Partners
4. Prepare and present monthly financial update to Commercial Team
5. Actively participate in regular meetings with Commercial Team
6. Provide GM%, P&L simulation and other analysis per requests
7. Play key role in S&OP process by providing relevant information and analysis to help deliver business KPIs
8. Provide active support to annual budgeting process relating to Sales P&L
9. Coordinate with Commercial team to provide monthly net sales forecast
10. Oversee the master data setting process to ensure information is maintained on SAP accurately and timely
11. Initiate and implement internal financial controls. Ensure compliance with both local and group policies, co-operate with external auditors
12. Perform other accounting tasks-related duties as assigned

Yêu cầu công việc

What we need from you?
1. Degree in major in Financial/Accounting with minimum 5 experience in Management Accounting
2. Experience from FMCG x MNC
3. Modern Trade experience in FMCG for 3-5 years
4. Power BI skill/knowledge is a strong plus
5. Good at both spoken & written English skills
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, knowledge in using SAP
