Job Description Summary:
This role provides end-to-end support and analysis to add value that will assist in decision-making and will together with the Marketing function and department head drive the investment effectiveness towards 2026 Brand strategies, Store format profitability, Digital Ecommerce growth and profitability.
This role also drives the forecast and ad hoc analysis to provide operational teams and executive management a snapshot into expected marketing performance for both financial and non-financial audiences.
Key Accountabilities:
- Drive Revenue Growth and the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing investment
- Support and drive full end-to-end financial management of all marketing investment across sales channels and format (Brand/Product/Instore/Digital/Ecommerce) including PnL creation, financial metric measurements and optimization, scenario planning, pre and post-evaluation analysis.
- Co-pilot, influence and align across functional stakeholders on key financial metrics, measures to deliver optimized innovation (New Product Development) performance.
- Work cross-functionally with key partners in marketing and analytics to develop business insights that drive revenue growth
- Franchise Management, sales and profitability driving.
- Developing frameworks, tools and reporting such as pricing models, ROI calculators, marketing effectiveness measurements, revenue compensation plans, apply cross - sales channels, formats.
- Marketing activities planning, forecasting and budget controlling
- Partnership with Department Heads and Managers to work out an annual budget and monthly rolling sales forecasting
- Revenue performance variance and driver of growth analysis
- Control marketing budget
- Pricing management
- Ad hoc support for strategic analysis

Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics Degree. Master's degree/ACCA/CPA is preferred
- 3+ years experience in forecasting, financial analysis and partnering with Marketing organizations. Food & beverage industry, with an emphasis on coffee, tea and bakery is preferred.
- Strong experience in working as a business partner in delivering better decision support.
- Using strong marketing acumen, critical thinking and analytical skills to drive business outcomes.
- Experience in Digital E-commerce Marketing model.
- Knowledge of Market trends, competitors understand, insights generation
- Excellent Analytical skills as well as strong business acumen.
- Experts excel skills; extensive experience building operating models and analyzing large data sets.
