Mô tả công việc
At CloudEats VN, we're proud to provide top quality food products to our customers. To help us continue to grow our service, we're in search of a Commercial Senior Manager. He/she will oversee the partnership and commercial strategy of CloudEats on delivery platforms to drive our revenue growth, manage retention and drive loyalty on platforms.
1. Strategic Planning: Plan, execute, monitor strategic plans or monthly/weekly commercial campaigns. Developing new ideas for collaboration with platform to achieve short-term and long-term goals
2. Team management: Lead and grow, and provide coaching and guidance to the performance team to achieve targets as well as to build strong collaborative culture to the team
3. Competition intelligence: Keep up with market trends and continuous update to management team insights of competitors and food delivery market.
4. Performance Optimization: Have strong critical thinking/ data analysis skills to work closely with BI team to identify key areas for growth or optimize brand performance on platforms
5. Partnership management: Manage and strengthen existing partnerships with Food Delivery Platforms. Being the end-to-end Person in charge of negotiating and handling all commercial activities with platforms
6. Cross-functional projects: Work with different related internal teams to ensure performance growth and drive initiatives

Yêu cầu
1. Qualification requirements:
At least 5 years of experience at any related position (Account management, Campaign Marketing, Marketing planner, ...)
Successfully build, scaled, and led high performing business development, account management or marketing teams
Experienced in F&B industry, E-commerce platform, delivery apps is an advantage
2. Skill requirements:
Strong team management
Strong internal and external relationship management skills
Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Excellent in MS Office & Google sheet
Strong English skills (both speaking and writing)
3. Personality requirements:
Data driven mindset
Result-oriented person and enjoy solving tough problems
Can-do attitude, team-player, reliable
Be able to multitask and work under high pressure with great problem solving skills
