Responsibilities:
 Work as part of the IT Advisory, Technology Enablement (TE) and the SAP implementation engagements;
 Demonstrate the ability to self-plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops/meetings with internal and external clients
 Manage and monitor tasks of HR function team members;
 Deliver the WRICEF (stands for Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms), Identify and undertake testing procedures;
 In-charge on any HR function issues as well as coordinate with SAP on any product issues;
 Develop function specification documents and the related documents in the project;
 Provide services on both new implementations and existing support projects;
 Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required;
 Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live of customer implementation projects;
 Implement industry and corporate processes across all related Human Capital applications (on premise and cloud).
