Senior Copywriter

Responsibilities
Take ownership of writing proposal for pitching and execute the daily tasks for all kinds of writing for IMC campaigns from online to offline.
Present in pitching and assigned campaign.
Deep thinking of copy briefs and answer them to a very high standard to bring client the impressive works.
Brainstorm ideas and concepts with internal teams and liaises with clients to interpret their briefs.
Develop creative strategies that are forward-thinking and in-line with current lifestyle and trends.
Demonstrate a clear understanding of campaign objectives and devise strategies to achieve them.
Offer creative ideas and encourage others to share theirs.
Write clear, persuasive, original copy.
Check all copy that generated by team members before on air or printing and offer feedback when necessary.
Manage multiple projects, with the ability to switch from one to the other seamlessly.
Responsible for the day-to-day activities associated with the creative team.
Work with the Creative team to deliver high standards of finished work.
Coordinate with all the departments (Client Service/ Studio/ Production, ...)
Involve and supervise all production of shooting, livestream, event if required.
Review and make sure to complete and check all tasks as required by internal staff.
Ensure close collaboration with the client service team to guarantee client satisfaction.
Take care of company project to advertise company such as: PR plan for company, enroll projects for awards, social platforms and others if required.
Job Requirements
We would like to hear from those who have:
At least 3 years working experience in the same role.
Fluent in English, Vietnamese especially in writing.
Significant experience in professional, commercial projects related to many industries.
Experience in ATL, Social, and digital fields.
A persuasive and confident approach to creativity.
Effective team management capabilities.
A hard-working player.
Good communication and presentation skills is a must.
Keen attention to detail and timescales.
Familiarity with creative processes and techniques.
