I. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creative Strategy
Develop creative ideas or concepts for campaigns for a multi-channel environment.
Creative planning, develop integrated creative concept and content based on creative brief.
Provide content direction to content specialists within the Social/Content teams & oversee content master plans that encompass all channels.
Guide, prepare & brainstorm for new content ideas that work across different channels.
Research target audiences, best practices, and client materials & perform content audits to identify & craft the right content tone.
Work closely with
Designer to ensure that the ideas are conveyed through the visuals and are consistent with the objectives of the campaign set out with the client.
Participate in client meetings to present creative ideas, plans, amendments & report progress; prepare presentation materials.
Update the creative team about social, cultural & industry trends that are relevant to creative & content development.
Support the implementation of communication content activities for the Company in necessary cases.
Copy & Content Development
Work with Account team to get client brief properly (ask all the necessary information and raise all the concerns about the brief) using content brief form.
Write original copy for ads and social networks.
Oversee content production & designer work to make sure it is aligned with the strategic & creative direction.
Edit & proof content in both Vietnamese & English, ensuring content quality & consistency across channels.
Get feedbacks and evaluation from account team and client to deliver the best quality of content services.
Monitor impacts of content and evaluate effectiveness of campaign.
Ensure all content is delivered on time & within the budget.
II. REQUIREMENTS:
At least 4 years of experience in communications, advertising,
digital marketing, social media, etc.
Previous work experience or knowledge in the medical or healthcare field is an advantage.
Excellent writing and editing skills in both English and Vietnamese, with a keen eye for details.
The ability to articulate thoughts into concrete ideas using words and visuals to adapt to situations or solve issues on spot.
Ensure that relationships in the creative team work effectively and be responsible for solving inter-team issues for designated creative & content projects.
Desire for creativity, innovation, and out-of-the-box thinking.
Portfolio of published articles.
