Senior Copywriter

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Copywriter to join Circus Digital. The ideal candidate will have a passion for words and a proven track record of creating compelling, impactful, and memorable advertising copy.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute copywriting concepts, strategies, and ideas for a wide range of advertising materials, including print, digital, and multimedia
Lead and inspire junior copywriters to deliver high-quality, innovative, and effective copy
Write copy that is clear, concise, and on-brand for a variety of clients and industries
Collaborate with the creative team to develop integrated campaigns that deliver on client objectives
Present and defend creative work to internal teams and clients
Stay up-to-date with the latest advertising trends and techniques
Mentor junior copywriters and provide constructive feedback to help them grow professionally
Requirements:
At least 3-4 years of experience as a Copywriter in an advertising agency
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of copywriting work, including print, digital, and multimedia
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to think creatively and come up with unique, impactful copy solutions
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
