Unearth Insights: Research brands, competitors, and cultural trends to crack breakthrough insights.
Craft Strategy: Build IMC/Digital/Social strategies, shaping bold Creative Directions and Big Ideas.
Ignite Creativity: Turn complex strategies into spark-inducing Creative Briefs; guide and inspire Creative & Production teams during ideation.
Master the Pitch: Structure high-impact strategic decks; directly pitch and defend ideas through compelling storytelling.
Guard Strategy: Oversee and ensure day-to-day creative execution stays strictly aligned with the strategic direction.
Ad-hoc Duties: Execute other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
Yêu cầu
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 03 years as a Strategic/Creative Planner in an agency; proven track record in IMC projects.
Mindset: A true Hybrid Thinker-blending logical, data-driven analysis with sharp creative intuition.
Skills: Mastery in proposal writing, storytelling, high-impact presentation.
Savviness: Deep understanding of Digital/Social ecosystems, content platforms, and pop culture.
Teamwork: High autonomy, open mindset, and smooth collaboration with diverse creative talents under pressure.
Language: Fluent English (pitch-ready) for international research and client presentation.
