JOB DESCRIPTION
I. Building plans, developing brand experience ideas and proposal
- Plan and build proposal ideas for project briefs from clients, projects with activities that have the duration of engagement with brand is <30s/engagement.
- Lead brainstorming sessions, report back on idea directions and outreach strategies to line manager to propose a customer experience marketing plan that addresses client's requirements.
- Directly connect with clients to understand project needs, coordinate internal departments to complete the plan - creative ideas of the proposal.
- Present and consult on plans and suitable solutions for clients.
- Be thoroughly familiar with design and staging specifications to ensure that the proposed ideas are feasible.
- Have a detailed understanding of the technical implementation of interactive activities from on-ground to online, ensuring that the ideas play a consistent role in enhancing the user experience of the brand.
- Ensure that the communication story and communication ideas are consistently conveyed throughout the proposed plan and creative ideas for clients.
II. Updating and understanding changing needs and trends in brand experience industry.
- Research data, report on consumer behavior in approaching and experiencing the brand.
- Research data, report on consumer behavior at the point of sale.
- Analyze reports and data from similar projects to provide direction for proposing a plan - creative ideas.
- Analyze campaigns and projects on the market to provide direction for proposing a plan - creative ideas.
III. Control company value propositions in term of creative planning service.
- Manage the process of ensuring the quality of the company's creative services.
- Improve the customer experience of the company in line with its competitive advantage.
QUALIFICATION
Bachelor of economics, marketing, media, or equivalent;
Fluent English presentation & writing
EXPERIENCE
3-5 years of experience in planning - creative ideas in brand experience agency.
SKILLS
- Creative ideation and project execution planning skills.
- Presentation skills
- Adaptability to new digital technologies.
- Persuasion, debate, and logical idea development skills.
- Skills in using image, video, and typography editing software.
