Includes, but is not limited to, the following duties. Additional tasks may be assigned as required by the business.
Collect, clean, and consolidate data from multiple systems (TMS, WMS, ERP, CRM, Excel/Google Sheets files), ensuring accuracy and consistency prior to analysis.
Build, update, and maintain recurring reports and dashboards (daily/weekly/monthly) to support operational tracking and decision-making by management/BOD.
Analyze trends and identify anomalies in operational data (dispatch, warehouse, freight forwarding, cost, revenue, etc.) and propose insights to improve performance.
Partner with departments to define reporting requirements, standardize KPI definitions, and ensure data accurately reflects operational reality.
Design and optimize data collection and processing workflows; automate recurring reports to reduce manual processing time.
Build basic analytical and forecasting models (demand forecasting, capacity planning, cost trend analysis, etc.) to support operational planning.
Consolidate and present analytical findings and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
Coach and train junior staff on data analysis tools and methods and help standardize the team's data practices.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, Information Technology, Economics, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or equivalent role; experience in logistics, supply chain, or business operations is preferred.
Experience working with data from multiple sources, building automated reports/dashboards, and partnering directly with operational departments.
Proficient in SQL and advanced Excel/Google Sheets; experienced with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or equivalent).
Experience with Python or R for data processing and advanced analysis is a plus; basic understanding of ETL and data modeling.
Strong analytical and problem-solving thinking; able to present data and insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Proactive and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple reports/tasks simultaneously and coordinate across departments.
English reading comprehension of technical documents and email communication: Conversational to Fluent (works with data/partners in the US market).
Proficient in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI dashboard tools; Python/R knowledge is a plus.
