Senior Data Analyst (Onsite/Remote/Night Shift)

Includes, but is not limited to, the following duties. Additional tasks may be assigned as required by the business.
Collect, clean, and consolidate data from multiple systems (TMS, WMS, ERP, CRM, Excel/Google Sheets files), ensuring accuracy and consistency prior to analysis.
Build, update, and maintain recurring reports and dashboards (daily/weekly/monthly) to support operational tracking and decision-making by management/BOD.
Analyze trends and identify anomalies in operational data (dispatch, warehouse, freight forwarding, cost, revenue, etc.) and propose insights to improve performance.
Partner with departments to define reporting requirements, standardize KPI definitions, and ensure data accurately reflects operational reality.
Design and optimize data collection and processing workflows; automate recurring reports to reduce manual processing time.
Build basic analytical and forecasting models (demand forecasting, capacity planning, cost trend analysis, etc.) to support operational planning.
Consolidate and present analytical findings and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
Coach and train junior staff on data analysis tools and methods and help standardize the team's data practices.
