Monitoring efficiency Collections report /risk cost /roll forward. Make analysis and support the Collections Center to make sure collections activities achieve the highest efficiency
UAT, create test cases the new functions of Collections Division system
Deeply analysis as required for Collections Division
Set allocation plan for Collections Division
Analyze the efficiency of Collections Division
Update & follow up collections performance daily
Ensure operating in accordance with the approved regulations, policies and procedures
Update result of all reports as required (allocation, performance,...)
Undertake other tasks assigned by Line Manager
