Manufacturing Reporting:
- Compile monthly reports including:
- Production quantity by output type (Quantity Outputs, CMP Outputs, FOP Outputs, Pull Forward)
- Efficiency reports by brand and factory location, including bonding efficiency
- Import/export reports including material import value and shipment reports by brand and factory location
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Procurement:
- Manage machinery, spare parts, and equipment purchasing orders
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best quotations
- Coordinate with suppliers on shipping documents, HS codes, tax rates, and shipping methods
- Track and follow up on payments, informing suppliers of payment schedules and bank slips
- Oversee maintenance services and machine manual training courses from overseas suppliers
- Monitor trial machine results and communicate feedback to suppliers
Cost Analysis:
- Calculate the CM cost per style
- Generate monthly order reports for the accounting department by the 25th of each month
- Prepare production plans based on shipping schedules and submit them to the accounting department by the 25th of each month
- Analyze monthly factory expense reports to identify cost drivers based on various metrics (outputs, shipments, SMV, headcounts, direct labor, indirect labor)
- Create additional reports related to manufacturing expenses

Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial or related field)
- Preferred: Certification in Cost and Profit Analysis (CPA)
- Strong English communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
