Mô tả công việc

Lead the design and implementation of large-scale data pipelines to collect, store, and process massive amounts of data.
Oversee the maintenance and optimization of data storage systems, such as databases and data warehouses.
Mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams, partners, and customers to identify and resolve data-related issues.
Develop and automate large scale, high-performance data processing systems (batch and/or streaming) to drive business growth and improve the product experience.
Design, build and maintain optimized data pipelines and ETL/ELT solutions as business support tools in providing analysis and real-time analytics platform for critical decision making.
Develop data stores, including warehouses, data lakes, data marts, etc., to support the BI and operational research initiatives.
Monitoring the data quality of data pipelines in the data platform.
Develop and maintain best practices and standards for data management and engineering.

Yêu cầu

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
3+ years of experience working in a Data Engineer role, handling large volumes of data through ETL processes.
Good at English skills.
Experience with optimizing ETL tasks, designing dimensional data models, and developing effective ETL processes to support business needs. Proficient in ETL development, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Experience with workflow management tools, such as Airflow, to automate and manage ETL pipelines.
Proficiency in programming languages, such as Python, Scala or Java.
Advanced SQL knowledge and experience working with various types of databases such as relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL), data warehouses (PostgreSQL), and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Neo4j).
Experience working with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, and Hive.
Experience with designing and implementing OLAP solutions using ElasticSearch is a plus.
Experience with BI/reporting tools such as Zeppelin, PowerBI, or Tableau is preferred.
Worked with Docker, Kubernetes is a plus.
Proven ability to mentor junior engineers.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, and ability to make data-driven decisions.
