The Role
We're looking for a Brand
Designer who combines strong visual craft with a brand-first mindset.
You'll be responsible for shaping and maintaining visual identities across multiple brands, sometimes acting as an extension of the client's in-house brand team. This role is for someone who understands that good design is not just about looking good, but about communicating clearly, consistently, and purposefully.
What You'll Do
● Own visual design across brand and campaign touchpoints
● Develop and execute design for branding, campaigns, digital platforms, social content, presentations, and marketing materials
● Act as an embedded brand partner for selected clients, similar to an in-house designer role
● Translate brand strategy and messaging into strong, cohesive visual systems
● Ensure visual consistency across all channels and executions
● Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and account teams
● Take accountability for design quality, timelines, and brand alignment
● Proactively identify visual gaps, inconsistencies, or opportunities for improvement
