Senior Devops Engineer Python, Docker, K8s Upto 3500

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our fintech company. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our company's infrastructure and cloud-based services. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with public cloud technologies, extensive knowledge of DevOps principles and practices, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Additionally, the candidate should have experience with container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes (K8S) and virtualization platforms such as VMs, OpenStack, ESXi, AWS, Azure, GCP, among others.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure and services
• Develop and maintain deployment pipelines for applications and services
• Automate infrastructure and deployment tasks using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins
• Monitor and maintain system health and performance
• Implement and maintain security and compliance policies for cloud infrastructure
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve system scalability, reliability, and efficiency
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support and incident response
• Provide mentoring and guidance to junior team members

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in DedvOps or cloud infrastructure engineering
• Strong experience with public cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes (K8S)
• Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMs, OpenStack, ESXi, AWS, Azure, GCP, among others
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates
• Strong scripting skills using languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Experience with automation and configuration management tools such as Ansible or Puppet
• Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD
• Understanding of networking concepts such as VPN, VPC, and DNS
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, Splunk, or ELK Stack
• Knowledge of security and compliance practices for cloud infrastructure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Compensations and benefits:
