About this role:
We are looking for a strong Digital Designer who can turn ideas, wireframes and brand thinking into polished, responsive digital experiences. Digital / Web / UI execution is the primary reason for this hire, supported by strong Brand & Visual Design skills.

Digital designI is the primary capability - you should be able to independently take a project from an existing wireframe through responsive UI,
developer handoff and QA.
Brand & Visual Design remains a core strength - your digital work must feel creatively strong, on-brand and visually considered.
You should understand user flows, wireframes, interaction principles, components and design systems well enough to execute and challenge constructively.
You contribute in enhancing our capacity to deliver high-quality digital work while bringing broader visual and creative skills.
Creative visual thinking for social content is a strong plus: going beyond existing trends and references to turn creative possibilities into fresh, distinctive brand expressions.
Responsibilities:
Brand DNA & Storytelling into Digital Experiences: Translate brand DNA, strategy and storytelling into compelling digital experiences. Ensure that brand identity, tone of voice and creative ideas are consistently expressed across websites, landing pages and other digital touchpoints.
Digital / Web / UI Design: Own the hands-on design execution of websites, landing pages, digital campaigns and other screen-based experiences- from existing wireframes to polished, responsive UI in Figma. Apply a strong understanding of responsive behaviour, layout grids, components, spacing, visual hierarchy and practical front-end constraints.
Brand & Visual Design: Apply strong brand thinking and visual craft to digital work, while contributing to broader branding, campaign and visual design projects when required- including moodboards, visual exploration, key visuals, asset adaptation and brand applications.
Creative Problem Solving: Interpret briefs, understand brand and business contexts, and translate into relevant, practical design solutions. Go beyond execution to identify opportunities and make informed creative decisions that improve the overall user and brand experience.
Wireframe → UI → Handoff → QA: Translate user flows and wireframes into high-quality visual interfaces. Prepare developer-ready Figma files, communicate design specifications clearly, and proactively QA implemented work against approved designs.
Design Systems & Components: Work with existing design systems and component libraries, maintain consistency across screens and states, and contribute practical improvements to design systems and workflows where needed.
Trend, Technology & AI Exploration: Stay current with digital design, interaction and visual trends. Explore relevant technologies, AI tools and emerging workflows that can improve research, ideation, design production and overall efficiency. Draw inspiration from cross-industry practices to bring fresh perspectives to different briefs and business challenges.
Social Content & Visual Exploration: Explore fresh visual ideas for social content, turning brand thinking, trends and formats into distinctive creative executions.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, BAs, PMs, developers, account teams and clients to clarify requirements, present design rationale, align on decisions and keep projects moving efficiently.
Team Contribution: Share knowledge, support fellow designers when needed, and contribute to raising the overall standard, creative craft and efficiency of digital and visual design within the Creative team.
Requirements:
Essential: Figma; strong UI layout and responsive web design; Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator); strong typography, composition and visual hierarchy; design handoff and QA.
Strongly preferred: Experience with design systems / component libraries; practical understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end behaviour; experience designing for different viewports and digital platforms.
Brand / Visual: Brand identity application, moodboards, visual exploration, key visuals, campaign assets and maintaining brand consistency across digital touchpoints.
Useful additional skills: Motion / interaction basics, parallax or scroll-based web experiences, prototyping.
AI / Workflow: Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Magnific or equivalent to support research, exploration, ideation and workflow optimisation.
