Mô tả công việc
To strategically and operationally guide and further develop direct material suppliers to meet the specification & expected quality standard.
To take responsibility of all aspects of purchasing, including planning and execution of contracts, overseeing the budget and monitoring performance
To ensure the proper material supply for the operation of the plant and reduce the overall purchasing cost of materials & services.
To develop local suppliers in line with strategic roadmap and growth.
In charge of daily operational procurement & monitor inventory to ensure the flow of goods remains positive.
Create purchase orders and tally these with supply requests and orders.
Record & maintain accurate information of procurement activities on ERP system.
Liaise with relevant departments to check the product's ability to meet the requested requirements.
Develop strong relationships with key local suppliers and measure supplier's performance.
Communicate with suppliers daily and organize meetings & projects as needed to resolve supply issues.
Make selection, comparing and conducting the essential analysis to pick the most suitable product.
Work closely with other departments to control and ensure the best optimum inventory level by performing cost analysis and purchase volume for major commodities.
Must be responsible for providing leadership and direction to Procurement specialists. Support team development with training planning and execution.
Assist in any ad-hoc task assigned by Procurement Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc
Graduation from Supply chain & logistics background or advanced degree in business or management.
Speaking Chinese is a must.
Experienced with NetSuite ERP system.
Proven 5+ years of experience working as a procurement specialist.
Strong knowledge of procurement principles and local procurement process, commercial.
Logical, looking for solutions.
Impeccable negotiation and problem-solving skills.
