Mô tả công việc
* Drive eCommerce sales and margin through marketing initiatives
- Sets the e-commerce strategy including sales targets and business goals, for each brand.
- Owns and maintains E-Commerce budgets.
- Defines and oversees ongoing digital content planning and calendar: plans marketing activities, promotions, new product launches, and & eCommerce strategies across all digital media channels from concept to launch in order to drive customer acquisition and retention, and build revenue profitability across online channels.
- Lead, develop and manage all aspects of digital marketing in partnership with Marketing Team including SEO / SEM, Email Marketing, PPC, Social Advertising, Content Creation and Affiliate Marketing
- Develops, forecast,s and executes the site merchandising and digital promotion strategy of each brand, including special offers, gifts with purchases, etc, coordinating with internal teams (KAM, Marketing, and Logistic), tracking sales results and profitability
- Manages the in-house design/content team or outside resources for content creation, creating briefs, and providing direction on needs; ensures content (copy/image/video assets) is on brand and optimal for digital performance.
- Manages the relationship with e-comm platforms/ agency partners, providing goals and evaluating performance.
- Prepare and present promotional budget including revenue forecasts, promotional expense, and internal communication plans for management approval.
- Provide detailed analytic reports to the team on sales drivers in order to evaluate campaign effectiveness; propose new tests and refine audience segments using test and control-based approaches.
- Monitors competitive activity, reviews digital touchpoints, proposes action plans, and identifies opportunities for sales growth

Yêu cầu công việc
- 4+ years of relevant experience in marketing communications or marketing management with an eCommerce background
- Previous exposure to cosmetics, health, and beauty, FMCG products is preferred.
- English: Fluent in spoken English and written communication skills.
- Computing: MS Office, high-level proficiency with Excel
- Familiarity with web analytics software and digital marketing tools is a big plus.
Personal skills and attributes:
- Strong analytical and methodical problem-solving skills with proven ability to scrutinize large amounts of data and turn it into actionable initiatives (including both quantitative and qualitative data).
- A deep understanding of retail-specific promotional activities, including experience in designing campaigns that drive incremental sales in holiday and non-holiday periods
- Strong creative skills - able to and enjoys working with the creative team to provide direction and judge effectiveness of creative assets and collateral.
- Excellent project management skills, organized
- Extreme attention to detail, excellent follow-through skills, and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and problem solve in a deadline-driven environment
- Proven ability to learn new tools and software quickly and independently, proactive.
- Passionate for all things digital
- Hardworking, able to work under high pressure to meet deadlines.
- Possesses a high level of reliability, integrity, and personal ethics.
- Previous exposure to cosmetics, health, and beauty, FMCG products is preferred.
