Act as the mar-com and mar-tech assistant manager to handle the full tasks accordingly.
Handle sales, marketing planning online, execution and growth by optimizing the content, product, price, promotion and livestream.
Define ecommerce shopper journey and prioritize the touch points in different channels.
Lead the full strategy from path to purchase to higher conversion rate %.
Maximize customer's shopping experience by all means of free values.
Monthly platform performance report in terms of biz growth rate & facts: brand & sales penetration, competitor performance, content differentiation development, availability, trade and search.
Lead customers' feedback collection and analysis: segmentation, pain points, insight, cart abandonment, online surveys, refusal, % returns...
Reset the methodology for better tracking of the sales source from different platforms.
Maintain customers satisfaction and business efficiency.
Maintain partnership with ecommerce PIC and partnership development for limited deals.
Advertisement budget allocation planning for normal days and holiday/ double days.
Seek opportunities to growth far and fast with ecommerce within the yearly budget and targeted objectives.
Define suitable stock management and assortment for each platform, and ensure delivery in timely manner.
Keep tracking on operational KPI and improve the process of approval, negotiation with partners.
Utilize data application to track and monitor sales performance, customers' voice, and competitor best seller products in line with the price strategy online.
Ensure the visibility of brands and products from offline to online consistently and strongly recognized.
Strength in keywords analysis and marketing tools.
Carry out the full implementation process and management methodology, logistics of in-house team, continuously improve the goods process and inventory response.
