Senior EHS Manager - Global FMCG

Description
* Lead company-wide EHS strategy and initiatives;
* Conduct field observations and coaching (25% field time minimum);
* Manage ISO certifications, audits, and legal compliance;
* Drive environmental and security initiatives;
* Provide expertise for projects and incident management;
* Develop and monitor EHS policies, procedures, and KPIs;
* Contribute to site Long Term Development Plans;
* Exercise stop work authority to ensure safety;
* Manage EHS budget and support improvement projects;
* Lead EHS training and development across all functions;
* Drive consequence management process;

* Influence global EHS standards and best practices;
* Drive continuous improvement in safety, security, and sustainability;
Profile
- Higher Degree in Safety, Health and Environmental Management, NEBOSH certificate, or equivalent experience;
- 5+year experience in relevant EHS position;
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English is essential;
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills;
- Experience with ISO standards, EHS regulations, and performance management;
