OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION
­* Coordinate all technical tasks in the assigned customer plants.
­* Engage customers in implementing product strategy.
­* Enhance service levels and customer intimacy to achieve customers' satisfaction.
MAIN AREAS OF REPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACTIVITIES
Customer Activities:
­* Act as "window person" to customer for line technical issues. Coordinate to ensure customer's complaint and technical issues solved timely and successfully.
­* Harmonize and prioritize technical standards and requirements cross lines and teams.
­* Observe requirements / identify potential needs of customers and coordinate with supporting teams to carry-out actions to realize business cases.
­* Continuously enhance market and competitors' information to contribute to the competitive edge of BASF solutions.
­* Coordinate to conduct new line trials (new technology and new colors).
­* Ensure customer line evaluations are documented.
Account Management:
­* Collaborate with other teams to fulfill customers' needs in support of company strategies and achieving targeted Selling Cost
­* Ensure product quality, contribute to change management and quality management
­* Ensure all activities comply to all EHS rules/ regulations and RC requirement.
Other assignments:
­* Adhere to ISO procedures relating to technical services with periodic updates.
* Provide technical report with sufficient details and/or analysis and/or technical solutions frequently.
