Mô tả công việc
OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION
• To support and strengthen Line activity at customers' sites.
• To ensure smooth running of existing lines and provide necessary required supports for new / prospective business queries.
• Enhance service levels and customer intimacy to achieve customers' satisfaction.
MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACTIVITIES
Customer Activities
• Act as "window person" to customer for line technical issues. Coordinate to ensure customer's complaint and technical issues solved timely and successfully.
• Conduct plant trials for trouble shooting and new business inquiries.
• Participate in line commissioning activities - from inception to production run.
• Monitor the parameters of the materials used on site to ensure they are within the specifications.
• Perform online troubleshooting for pretreatment and e-coat process.
• Circulate customer sample reports to Sales personnel.
• Analyze monthly reports of OEM account for any discrepancies and report to manager.
• Fulfil documentation requirement of field / marketing personnel in close co-ordination with laboratory / development team (e.g., TSDS / MSDS / SOP's / Proposals, etc.).
• Participate and prepare a Monthly Work Plan with follow up and target closing dates.
• Conduct the on-site testing and manage the testing equipment furnished by BASF.
Account Management
• Collaborate with other teams to fulfill customers' needs in support of company strategies and achieving targeted Selling Cost.
• Ensure product quality, contribute to change management and quality management.
• Ensure all activities comply to all EHS rules/ regulations and RC requirement.
Other assignments
• Adhere to ISO procedures relating to technical services with periodic updates.
• Provide technical report with sufficient details and/or analysis and/or technical solutions frequently.
• Perform other assignments.

Yêu cầu
• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related majors.
• At least 3 years relevant working experience.
• Experiences in Surface coatings, PT/ED (Pre-treatment/Electro-deposition) materials and process are preferred.
• Good knowledge in coatings industry is preferable.
• Able to communicate in English both in writing and speaking.
• MS. Office applications.
• Required Competencies: Act with Entrepreneurial Drive, Demonstrate Customer Focus, Communicate Effectively, Collaborate for Achievement.
• At least 3 years relevant working experience.
• Experiences in Surface coatings, PT/ED (Pre-treatment/Electro-deposition) materials and process are preferred.
• Good knowledge in coatings industry is preferable.
