Mô tả công việc
Plan, curate content, and manage the continuous improvement of school publications, program brochures, and relevant information on website for prospective students & parents. The works will require the person-in-charge to be able to curate concise & appealing content based on the brief from relevant stakeholders (academic program leads, marketing business partner manager, support service departments...)
Develop ad copies for marketing materials relating to events, brand campaigns, video clip, newsletters, direct email marketing... This scope will mostly require him/her to work with digital team and event team to curate weekly content and ad copies for Post-graduate segment across digital channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, SEM...) to create high interaction and engagement from the target audience
Comply with SEO standards and demonstrate high-level communication skills to maximise SE rankings and optimise consumer web search behaviour.
Proofread and edit English content for website and other marketing materials, to ensure written and visual communications have a consistent voice and message, comply with quality standards, and align with RMIT's value propositions.
Communicate effectively with managers, key stakeholders, and designers to deliver high-quality content that is consistent with brand and writing style guidelines.
Proactively build and maintain working relationships with key stakeholders, including external stakeholders, and RMIT senior management.

Yêu cầu
A discipline relevant tertiary degree (e.g. Public Relation, Journalism, English)
Experience as a professional writer (journalism, public relations, marketing or advertising backgrounds would all be considered).
Minimum 5 years of experience in ads copy writing for offline and online advertising, public relation articles, publications/brochures and/or website content. Experience in writing ads copy on social media channel is a plus.
Demonstrated strong history of published work as well as experience/interest in the education sector.
Strong proficiency in English, spoken and written. If English is not your first language, then evidence of a General IELTS Band Score of at least 8.5 (or equivalent) during the last two year should be provided.
Demonstrated strong and updated computer proficiency (MS Office, online office tools, digital editing, web search and databases).
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with others, showing tact and diplomacy but with a commitment to meeting communication objectives on time and on strategy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of and commitment to continuous improvement principles.
Ability to display appropriate behaviours in line with the position and RMIT Values.
