Senior Event Planner

Objectives: to build and develop concepts and ideas for projects/events, which are creative, breakthrough and effective, suitable for customers' requirements, contribute to creating differences and advantages competition for the company.
Job description:
Together with Account get brief directly from client / get brief from Account, analyze and clarify all requirements, determine the approach.
Researching customers, products, services..., searching and synthesizing information and documents related to the project for the creation and development of concepts and ideas
Organize and lead brainstorming meetings with project team to build and form big concept, theme, mood & tone, ideas (performance, tactic, technique, entertainment technology...)
Brief creative design and brainstorm with the Design team to form design ideas in line with the creative direction of the project
Write the ideas and plans in the format of PPT Proposal that meet the following criteria: aesthetics of form, attractiveness and clarity of content/messages, science of structure/layout.
Together with Account directly present the proposal (plans & ideas (proposal) to customers effectively and convincingly.
Always updating, capturing new trends in the industry and related fields, effectively applying them to building creative ideas for the company's projects.
Do other related work that assigned by superiors.
Requirements
At least 1 Year experience with responsibility and similar position in Event Agency environment
Solution thinking, creativity/difference, efficiency, initiative
Fluent and effective in communication (English and Vietnamese)
Knowledge and experience in the entertainment industry (celebs, talent, art performance, tactic, technique, entertainment technology, stage effects ...)
Service mindset, customer-oriented
High commitment
Basic knowledge of design software (PS, AI) is an advantage.
