Senior Executive, Business Performance Analysis

JOB PURPOSE

• Support other functions day to day continuous improvement activities
• To ensure the Effectiveness, Efficiency and Accuracy
JOB DUTIES /RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Analyzing a company's performance includes comparing intended outcomes with actual outcomes, evaluating quality controls to see how effective they are, and identifying errors, and weaknesses in a system.
2) Execute the development of KPIs annually.
3) Execute the collecting, evaluating, and monitoring KPIs for the company and each discipline.
4) Analyze data and use this analysis to create compelling evidence-based and actionable data stories to assist the Team Leader in considering the company work plan and actions.
5) Prepare detailed cost reports and forecasts for departmental projects, highlighting variances and potential areas of concern.
6) Assist the team leader in developing and enforcing standard procedures related to cost control.
7) Assist the team leader in developing the Budget management system, including connecting with other management functions in a company, such as Finance, Procurement, Human Resources, and
Production Operations...
8) Facilitate regular WPB review meetings with department stakeholders to discuss cost performance.
9) Monitor and analyze the departments' budget, ensuring that performance aligns with company Objectives.
10) Stay up to date with industry trends and evaluate the latest analytical tools that could improve efficiencies and visualization.
