Senior Executive, Digital Operations Excellence

General responsibilities:

• Operational Excellence & Team Management

· Manage a team of digital experts to achieve business objective

· Think holistically about digital operations performance to identify gaps and business opportunities to better support digital business

· Be the main stakeholder with regards to the digital operations and act as the business owner for all digital operations performance management activities in Vietnam.

· Solve day-to-day operations problems, find root causes, and suggest sustainable solutions

· Manage and Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for operations

· Work with 3rd party vendors to ensure requirements are executed

· Develop and manage a successful relationship and SLAs with respective business partners and fulfilment center.

· Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders on stock forecasting to improve the overall fulfillment rate through weekly and monthly joint forecasting

· Work closely with internal stakeholder to establish order forecasting accuracy to optimize and maximize resources to achieve healthy metrics set by the platforms and e-retailers

· Work closely with warehouse, transport team and order processing team to ensure timely shipments & inventory management and always review the fulfilment / delivery options

· Provide analysis & performance reports including daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of KPIs and recommending changes to improve performance to achieve P&L results

· Support New Customer / Client onboarding into the organization by providing administrative and expert support

· Business development support for new/ existing clients, partners for DKSH to become a strategic partner of choice

Operational Finance

· Sound understanding of finance reconciliation

· Experience with trade expense claims and marketplace expense claims would be a plus

· Support on timely clearance of accounts receivables and balancing of books

· Manage and Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for operational finance

Online Business Solution (OBS)

· Lead process improvement and enhancement projects

· Communicate with OBS Team (CSSC) to continuously update features, troubleshoot, perform UAT on projects, as well as on day-to-day issues such as syncing and API

· Apply business acumen on how backend features will reflect in frontend, for consumers and the wider team
