EC strategy building:
- Planning, executing campaigns, monitoring, and optimizing performance for e-commerce marketing activities, including but not limited to paid ads, display ads, and affiliate marketing.
- Full skillet of overseeing campaign strategy, implementation, trafficking, and analysis with widen of campaign types in across marketplace platforms (Lazada / Shopee/ Tiki/[protected info] commerce....)
- Develop and inline with MKT master plan to deliver high performance E-commerce marketing activities across the marketplace platforms
Master plan - Onsite Marketing:
- Planning and building
Digital Marketing campaigns - especially running Media Ads such as Facebook Ads, Instagram, Livestream, Google Ads, SEO, PR Online, SMS Marketing, Affiliate MKT....
- Media Content writing, Design Image, Video Idea, PR and Product Review, Service...
- Search engine optimization skills are appreciated for Digital MKT. Content and SEO skills will help Top Ranking Key Word Finding that suitable for Advertising campaign.
- Monitor and optimize Advertising campaigns, adjusting achieve the best efficiency increasing interaction and targeting customers.
Finance - Sales expense management:
- Be proficient in managing client campaigns including strategy development and planning, campaign execution and analysis, providing regular insights and recommendations
- Leading the entire campaign planning - proposal - execution - evaluation and optimization cycle for the next campaign.
- Mange EC Account and utilize Brand Fan page and ensure advertising budget effectiveness.
- Weekly, monthly analyze advertising and report to optimize next campaign.
SiS and campaign management:
- Design advertising images and create content for EC Shop to promote products effectively.
- Monitor and optimize Advertising campaigns, adjusting achieve the best efficiency increasing interaction and targeting customers.
- Update algorithms and platform policies to optimize campaign.
Effective Communication:
- Manage and maintain general communication in relation with key Partners
- Manage general communication with other functions (Marketing, finance, logistics, production.....)
Report:
- Report to assistant mgr. all of activities at shopfront and promoters operation.
- Market information, competitors' activities, campaigns highlight
Other assignments from the direct supervisor:
* Participating in relevant internal and external training programs of personal and professional development.
* Replace Key
Account Manager in some specific assignment in his/her absence
* One Team working collaboration.
- Education: Proffered University graduated degree, English (Toeic 450). Proficiency in Excel - Power point BI, data analysis and budget management. Digital Tools.
- Job-related experience: At least 3-5 years experience working in Eccomerce Platform and prioritize Media Agency
- Specific knowledge: Good knowledge and experience in E-Commerce Marketing / Digital performance Marketing / Marketing insights / Marketplace platform, Ecommerce enable agency or online business.
- Business understanding: Good understand Ecommerce Business, Vietnam market, Shopper and Consumer's insight.
- Other requirements: Leadership, High ownership, coaching/training skills
