Mô tả công việc
Job Responsibilities:
This position is based in Hanoi office and reports to the Head of HR.
1. Responsible for Staffing, including but not limited to the entire recruitment process from manpower planning to the final hiring and onboarding process.
2. Responsible for Compensation and Benefits, including but not limited to:
- Administration of Insurance & Employee healthcare insurance, leave benefits and other welfare
- Liaising with the tax authority on all employees' personal income tax (PIT) matters.
- Administration the payroll
3. Responsible for Expat Management, including but not limited to:
- Administration on the relevant work visa, local logistics arrangements such as accommodation, local ground transport, mobile phone, etc.
- Provide support to Expatriate to understand the local regulation such as labour law, tax, etc
4. Responsible for Training & Development, including but not limited to organising training courses, recording all the training records, etc
5. Responsible for Human Resources Management System (HRMS) - Success Factor & Leave Management system (Talent net Platform)
- Ensuring all the records are up-to-date.
- Provide support to employees to use the systems.
6. Responsible for daily HR operations, including but not limited to the administration of HR policies, HR reportings, all the relevant audit checks, etc
7. Responsible for all the general administration of the company, including but not limited to staff events, office operation, environment, health and safety activities.
8. Other duties as requested by the Supervisor and Company.

Yêu cầu
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or relevant discipline.
- Relevant professional Human Resources certification is a plus.
- At least 3 years of HR Operations experience in a multinational company.
- Experience in processing payroll and expatriate management.
- Strong HR knowledge in Labor Law
- Good English communication and presentation skills
