Mô tả công việc

• Collect data on consumers, competitors, and marketplace.
• Consolidate information and translate to actionable items, reports, and presentations.
• Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover perspective customers' preferences.
• Compile and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it.
• Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis.
• Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations.
• Use online market research and catalogue findings to databases.
• Provide competitive analysis on various companies' market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operations.
• Evaluate program methodology and key data to ensure that data on the releases are accurate and the angle of the release is correct.
• Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties research, and implement best practices.
• Any other reasonable tasks assigned by Research & Development Manager, and General Managers.

Yêu cầu

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2-3 years' experience in real estate research background.
• Skilled in both quantitative and qualitative research methods, including research design.
• Highly developed project management skills, able to manage projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
• Expertise in data analysis, producing reports and presentations to a high standard.
• A collaborative approach to working, able to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
• Self-motivated and highly organized, able to multitask and prioritize demanding workload with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Vietnamese and English, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new issues and subject areas quickly, manage competing priorities and maintain good judgment, sense of humor and focus when working in a fast-paced environment.
