Core AI/ML Development
Design, train, and optimize ML/DL models for classification, anomaly detection, and time-series forecasting.
Perform data exploration, feature engineering, and model evaluation using industry-standard frameworks.
Lead technical discussions and provide guidance on model selection and architecture.
Production Deployment
Deploy ML models into production on AWS (SageMaker, EKS, EC2 GPU).
Build scalable inference services and REST APIs (FastAPI/Flask) for real-time or batch model serving.
Work with Data Engineers to create robust data pipelines and ensure high data quality.
MLOps & System Reliability
Implement experiment tracking (MLflow/W&B), model monitoring, drift detection, and automated retraining.
Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines, model packaging, and infrastructure automation.
Optimize model performance, runtime efficiency, and cloud cost.
Data Engineering & Streaming
Work with big data platforms (Spark/PySpark) for training and large-scale processing.
Develop streaming pipelines using Kafka or Spark Structured Streaming where required.
Yêu cầu
Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks: scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM
Deep learning expertise with PyTorch or TensorFlow, particularly LSTM/RNN architectures
Experience with time-series modeling: ARIMA, Prophet, and neural network approaches
Hands-on experience with AWS ML services: SageMaker, EKS, EC2 GPU instances
Proficiency in SQL and experience with big data tools: Spark, PySpark
Experience with streaming data processing (Kafka, Spark Structured Streaming)
Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
Experience building REST APIs for model serving (FastAPI, Flask)
MLOps & Engineering Practices
Experience with ML experiment tracking (MLflow, Weights & Biases, or similar)
Understanding of model monitoring, drift detection, and retraining pipelines
Familiarity with CI/CD practices and version control (Git)
Experience with feature stores and data versioning concepts
Preferred Qualifications
Master's or PhD in Machine Learning, Statistics, or quantitative field
AWS Machine Learning Specialty certification
Experience in financial services, credit risk modeling, or fraud detection domains
Knowledge of supply chain financing or working capital optimization
Experience with NLP for conversational BI or text analytics
Familiarity with Apache Iceberg or modern lakehouse architectures
Experience with ERP data (SAP preferred)
Bilingual proficiency in Vietnamese and English
Soft Skills
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to communicate complex ML concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile environment (2-week sprints).
Collaborative mindset, able to work closely with Data Engineers, DevOps, and business teams.
High attention to detail with strong documentation practices.
Proactive in identifying opportunities for model optimization and performance improvement.
