1. Develop business marketing, communication and program management plans effectively
- Proactively develop and propose overall marketing plans for each stage, detailing marketing and communication activities associated with strategies to attract, retain and exploit customers in depth by segment, economic sector and consumer behavior.
- Manage implementation progress, budget and effectiveness of marketing programs, ensuring feasibility, measurability and consistency with business goals.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to develop communication programs for products, solutions and services, ensuring consistency with brand positioning and target customer needs.
- Promote the implementation of service quality surveys (e.g. NPS), analyze results and propose improvements to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support the development and implementation of customer loyalty programs, periodic promotions, personalized for each customer group, in coordination with functional blocks and strategic partners.
